Welcome to SLR, Ohakune's newest specialist ski and board rental shop.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
To supply the best possible equipment and service for the best possible price. Guaranteed!

Since 1997, SLR has been providing Ohakune/Mt Ruapehu skiers and boarders with quality equipment.
Located down at the Junction end of Ohakune, SLR shares its location with Station Lodge.

We have over 300 snowboards, 450 carving skis, hundreds of boots and tons of clothing to fit infants to 6XL.

We have a very strong fleet replacement program, meaning you will receive modern well tuned equipment.

We carry a large selection of children's gear. This is always growing, but supply can sometimes be limited: ie during school holidays.

New for 2011 season
After the major expansion of the SLR rental business in 2010, for the upcoming season we have added at least:
200	Atomic, Salomon and Nordica skis
150	Atomic and Salomon ski boots
80	Burton snowboards
150	Burton snowboard boots
250+	items of clothing (pants and jackets)

SLR's rental fleet of 1200 skis and boards spread across both of our stores, is one of the most up-to-date and well maintained fleets in the country.
We take pride in giving you great equipment so you have a great day on the slopes!

This season we will again have the Atomic and Salomon demo fleets based in our stores which will be available for your to rent on a daily basis (when they are not on demo on the mountain), which means you can try them out for a full day, rather than only a couple of runs, before you buy.

OPENING HOURS
The shop opens at 7.30am everyday (7am on weekends) and closes at 6pm (12pm midnight on Fridays) or later by arrangement any night for larger groups of 15 or more.

If arriving in Ohakune on Friday night, we strongly recommend you hire your equipment then, rather than risk delays on Saturday morning.

We offer a full weather warranty.
NO SKIING/BOARDING - NO RENTAL TO PAY. Pay if you use!!! (Conditions do apply).
