Ohakune Mardi Gras is one huge night of dressed-up partying and fun and Station Lodge has the BEST location in town overlooking the street party on Thames Street, The Junction. Given our fantastic location, we have strict rules on staying in our accommodation over this weekend. We have security that we employ for Friday and Saturday ensuring the party stays at the festival and not back in your room.
Terms and Condition of Stay
Our prices include a two (2) night stay (Friday - Sunday) It's up to you whether you stay the entire weekend, but this way it allows to you have a late checkout on Sunday afternoon, ensuring you're completely sober to drive home safely OR stay and ski/board Mt Ruapehu.
Terms & Conditions:

NO outside guests allowed, other than the number booked in.

No Parties - The party is to stay out on the street and NOT back at your accommodation

The guest/s shall keep the premises and surroundings in a clean and tidy condition throughout the stay.

The guest/s shall make good any loss or damage to the property or chattels therein, caused accidentally or willfully or by carelessness, neglect or misuse.

No SMOKING or Vaping - No smoking is permitted in any of the rooms

The guest/s shall not create excessive noise, nuisance or annoyance on the premises to affect surrounding dwellings.

No drinking games permitted on the premises.

The guest/s shall not become grossly intoxicated through excessive alcohol or come under the influence of a legal or illegal substance on the premises.

$300 BOND per room booked.
Cost:
Shared mixed dorm $50.00 per person, per night - (Minimum two-night stay) It's up to you if you stay both nights.
Private Double room with shared facilities $65 per person, per night (Maximum two guests)
Payment:
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, to be paid at the time of booking. The balance is due at check-in. We also request a bond, which can be paid by CASH or Pre Authorisation using your credit card.

If guests fail to observe any of the above terms and conditions, Station Lodge may refuse the continuation of accommodation of guests and use of any facilities of Station Lodge.
