Covid-19 Policy
If you feel ill or present with symptoms of a cough, a high temperature (at least 38°C), or shortness of breath, you must stay at home and seek advice from health line 0800 358 5453.
As per Government requirement, we are contact tracing and will require some basic contact information on arrival.
We have adopted COVID-19 policies to keep our staff and guests safe. These include staff staying at home if ill and a requirement to be tested, regular cleaning of communal areas, in addition to social distancing.
Please practice social distancing, use the contract tracing app and hand sanitiser provided throughout the property whilst staying with us.
Please practice good hygiene by using the washrooms, to wash your hands thoroughly.
Please do not be offended if our staff do not shake your hand; we still greatly value your business.
Covid 19 Cancellations:
We offer a full refund, should you be unable to travel due to a change in the Covid alert levels in your region and are unable to travel.
